VIII. Strength
Now is the time for the Fool to learn Strength—to confront and tame his fleshly body, his bestial nature, the Fallen Daughter of Malkuth. Strength brings the drives and desires of the body to the forefront, demanding for release—to live lustily, to copulate, to bear progeny, to rip the flesh from the body of one’s enemy, and to build a rock solid Ego that is the center of its own existence. With the mastery of Strength the Fool discovers the bliss, rapture, and ecstasy that were always within him. |
