XXI. The World

 

This is the final stage in the Hero’s Journey, for now the Transformed Fool has integrated all his disparate parts and remembered his True Self that was once shattered throughout this present lifetime and eternity, discovering the Ecstasy that lies beyond both the darkness of understanding and the light of wisdom.  For the few who discover the Kingdom Within, the Center of All, the Ever-coming Crowned Child, the World is neither an illusion nor a prison, but truly becomes the Kingdom of Heaven.  The Fool is now able to see, understand, and know whatsoever he so chooses.  The Fool at last recognizes the true state of the World.  He is free to act in any way he prefers, and capably interacts with All That Is.  He reflects everything but holds on to nothing.  Infinity fills him.  The Fool has come full circle, but only now can he see what was always within him: a Hero, a King, a Star.
